Questions worth asking before you book.
Practical answers about pricing, drying, preparation, stains and the enquiry process.
How much does carpet cleaning cost?
Prices vary with room size, fibre, condition, access, staining and the number of areas. Send us your details for a quote based on the actual work. We do not publish invented starting prices.
How long do carpets take to dry?
This depends on the fibre, cleaning method, room temperature, airflow and level of moisture used. Your cleaner can advise on likely drying conditions. Do not replace furniture onto damp carpet.
Will every stain be removed?
No. Some substances permanently affect dyes or fibres; previous cleaning products may also change the result. We can assess a stain and explain likely limitations.
Are your treatments safe for children and pets?
Suitability depends on the specific products, surfaces and household circumstances. Tell us about children, pets, allergies or sensitivities in advance, and follow the instructions given before using cleaned areas.
Do I need to vacuum first?
Routine vacuuming and clearing small items may be helpful, but the specific preparation depends on the job. We will explain anything needed before the visit.
Will you move furniture?
Light movable items may be handled where practical, but heavy, fragile, electrical or specialist items generally need to be moved by the owner. We confirm this before the appointment.
Can you clean wool or delicate fabrics?
Some delicate materials are suitable for specialist methods; others may not be appropriate for the available treatment. We assess suitability and may recommend a specialist instead.
Can you remove pet odours?
Some odours can improve after treatment, but deeply absorbed contamination in backing, underlay or subfloor may remain. No complete removal is guaranteed without assessment.
Can I walk on the carpet afterwards?
Your cleaner will advise based on the process used. If access is necessary before full drying, follow any specific precautions given.
Do you offer end-of-tenancy services?
Carpet and suitable upholstery cleaning can be quoted for tenancy changes. This is not necessarily a whole-property domestic cleaning service; please describe the scope you need.
Do you provide commercial carpet cleaning?
Commercial enquiries are welcome. Please tell us about approximate floor area, carpet type, site access and preferred scheduling so we can consider the requirements.
Can you guarantee a tenancy deposit refund?
No. A professional clean does not determine a deposit decision. Property condition, tenancy evidence and relevant rules all affect the outcome.
Where do you operate?
Our service area is controlled in the website settings. Share your postcode with an enquiry and we will confirm whether the property is covered.
What happens after I request a quote?
Your message is sent to the business email address. The team can then clarify details, provide an estimate or arrange an assessment. Submitting the form does not book or pay for a clean.
Describe the carpet, rug or furniture in your enquiry. Photographs can be useful when discussing unusual materials or stains.
